Royal Lodge 201

The Royal Lodge boasts a master bedroom with kingsize bed, and ensuite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, and a seperate bathroom with shower above.

There is a fitted kitchen area with gas cooker, microwave and washing machine. An open plan lounge and dining room with table and 6 chairs, 3 piece suite, CD player, DVD and large screen LCD television with the freeview channels.

The double doors then open out onto a large decked balcony with added gate for security of children and the family dog, and patio table and chairs to sit out at anytime for a glass of wine, beer tea or coffee.

The lodge is fully double glazed with gas radiator central heating which also heats the hot water.

All bed linen is supplied free of charge as is the gas and electricity.

There is a strict no smoking policy within the accommodation.

The Royal Lodge is available 12 months a year and there is a discount for 4 weekly winter lets.
